ISO 19650 STANDARDSCONTRACT FRAMEWORK

Professional VDC Consultancy Contract

These terms govern all technical proposals, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), and multidisciplinary model deliverables authored by BIMVEDH.

1. Scope of Virtual Design & Construction Services

BIMVEDH provides Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) services, including architectural/structural LOD 100–500 modeling, MEPF clash detection, Scan-to-BIM point cloud processing, 4D/5D simulation, and COBie asset data integration as explicitly detailed in the project-specific BIM Execution Plan (BEP).

2. ISO 19650 Deliverables & Model Tolerances

All 3D models and drawing sheets are authored to specified Level of Development (LOD 100 to 500) parameters and dimensional tolerances defined in the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP). Client sign-off occurs in the Common Data Environment (CDE) following milestone review cycles.

3. Intellectual Property Ownership & Transfer

Upon receipt of full contract payment, all client-specific model files (.RVT, .IFC, .NWD, .DWG, .COBie) created by BIMVEDH are fully transferred to the client without ongoing licensing fees or restrictions.

4. Limitation of Professional Liability

BIMVEDH maintains professional indemnity insurance. Model coordination outputs are intended for pre-construction planning, clash clearance, and fabrication detailing as authorized by the project Engineer of Record (EOR).

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any contractual disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with standard commercial arbitration rules.
